This is the most economical way to stock your freezer with a variety of steaks, roasts, briskets, soup bones, and hamburger in one pound packages. If you’ve ordered before then you know how convenient it is to shop for what you need for any given meal from your own freezer! If you would like to go ahead and put your name on the list of part-owners for this year’s herd, choose your preference below.

Quarter Cow:
Price: $995
Deposit: $500
Expect approximately 75 - 80 pounds of beef professionally cut, wrapped and frozen in meal-sized portions. You will receive one quarter of all the steaks, roasts, ribs, briskets, ground beef, etc. in a whole cow, organ meat excluded. It will take approximately 3.5 – 4.0 cubic feet of freezer space.
Note: all online orders will include a 2.75% Credit Card Fee and a 2% State Food Tax
Half Cow:
Price: $1925
Deposit: $1000
Expect approximately 150 - 160 pounds of beef professionally cut, wrapped and frozen in meal-sized portions. You will receive one half of all the steaks, roasts, ribs, briskets, ground beef, etc. in a whole cow, organ meat excluded. It will take approximately 7 – 8 cubic feet of freezer space.

Turkey Reservations
Cared for from day one by farm campers and grown all summer to be processed and sold fresh for Thanksgiving, these birds will be the pride of your holiday table. Typically, they are much larger than butterballs so that certain leftovers become a winter storage of clean sandwich meat. Our turkeys sell out by pre-order with a $75 deposit, balance due when you choose your bird at pick-up. 2024 Turkeys will go live in August.
